F18S010U is a Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for blown film extrusion offering excellent processability with optimum balance of mechanical and optical properties. It contains slip and anti-blocking additives for good slip and openability characteristics of the film. It offers excellent drawdown capability for thinner gauge films. Its low gel count, resistance to leakage & pinholes, excellent sealing characteristics make it preferred choice for consumers in Industrial/ consumer packaging for various applications. It is recommended for general purpose, heavy duty and liquid packaging in laminated/ non-laminated blown film applications.

 It is manufactured from ethylene through gas phase polymerization in presence of a catalyst such as Ziegler Natta or Chromium (Future) in BCPL. Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a substantially linear polymer (polyethylene), with significant numbers of short branches, commonly made by copolymerization of ethylene with longer-chain olefins.

This is a Butene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), with optimum levels of antioxidants, slip and antiblock. This grade is designed for blown film applications.
